Harsiddhi Services, operating the website GujaratGazette.com, is an independent private documentation and facilitation consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any government department, ministry, the Government Press, the Department of Publication, or any other government authority.
The brand name "GujaratGazette.com" describes the subject we specialise in β Gujarat Gazette name-change and identity-documentation services. It does not imply any official status, government ownership, or an official government portal. We are a consultancy that helps citizens navigate these processes.
We do not publish or issue the Gujarat Gazette. Gazette notifications are published through the Government of Gujarat's own publication machinery. Our role is to help you prepare and file the documentation correctly and to guide you through the process.
Any decision to publish, accept, verify, delay or decline an application rests solely with the relevant government authority, under its own rules. We cannot influence, expedite through any special access, or guarantee any government decision.
Where we describe official procedures, we recommend verifying current requirements with the relevant official authority, as government rules and procedures may change. Our authority guides link to official sources where appropriate.
Our packages include the actual government fees applicable to your documentation. We do not collect any fee on behalf of a government body beyond what the process genuinely requires, and we disclose all charges transparently.
Normal plan: your Gujarat Gazette within 60 days. Express (extraordinary Gazette): within 30 days β counted from the date full payment is received and your application number is generated. Nobody can fix the Government Pressβs exact publication date, so instead of a promise we cannot keep, we give you a real remedy: if we miss the window you get a full refund of everything you paid us β and we still complete your Gazette at no further service charge. In practice most of our filed gazettes publish within about 15 days of filing; the 60/30-day windows are your written safety net. The guarantee is issued in writing with your quote.
