Harsiddhi Services is a professional documentation and facilitation consultancy. We help you prepare, draft and file the documentation for a Gujarat Gazette name change and related matters, and we guide you through the process from enquiry to updating your records.
We do not issue the Gazette, and we are not a government department. The decision to publish, accept, verify or require further documents rests solely with the relevant government authority, under its own rules. Our fee covers the preparation and processing of your documentation, not the outcome.
Estimated processing times are indicative only. Government processing depends on workload, verification, public holidays, technical issues and administrative procedures. The Express package prioritises the stages we control but cannot speed up the Government Press's own schedule.
We provide documentation and facilitation services and general guidance, not legal advice or representation. Where a matter is a genuine legal dispute — for example a contested identity, ownership or succession question — it may require a court and a qualified legal professional, and we will tell you so honestly rather than take on work that isn't the right fix.
We are not responsible for errors in documents issued by third parties (such as a birth certificate, marriage certificate, school certificate, passport, PAN or Aadhaar). Errors in such documents may need to be corrected by the issuing authority before Gazette processing.
Our Gujarat Gazette service relates to the Gujarat Gazette. Where your requirement concerns another state's or country's process, we will tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
If your situation is a simple correction the concerned department can handle directly, or if a Gazette is not required for your purpose, we will say so. We would rather protect your trust than sell an unnecessary service.
Normal plan: your Gujarat Gazette within 60 days. Express (extraordinary Gazette): within 30 days — counted from the date full payment is received and your application number is generated. Nobody can fix the Government Press’s exact publication date, so instead of a promise we cannot keep, we give you a real remedy: if we miss the window you get a full refund of everything you paid us — and we still complete your Gazette at no further service charge. In practice most of our filed gazettes publish within about 15 days of filing; the 60/30-day windows are your written safety net. The guarantee is issued in writing with your quote.
