Exactly what you pay, what's included, and what's charged separately — disclosed before any work begins.

Harsiddhi Services believes in complete pricing transparency. There are no hidden charges, no surprise fees, and no undisclosed costs. Every applicable charge is explained to you before any work begins, and any additional cost that a special legal circumstance requires is discussed and approved with you first.
Our Normal Gazette plan is all-inclusive of the standard documentation for a name change, covering: government fees, e-stamp charges, affidavit drafting, notary charges, document preparation, application filing, courier charges, and end-to-end processing support. Processing usually takes up to 45–60 days, and your Gazette application acknowledgement number is issued within 24–48 hours after payment.
Our Express Gazette plan includes exactly the same services as the Normal plan; the only difference is processing time, which is usually up to 30 days. Express is faster because of our expedited internal processing and submission workflow — it does not receive, and we never imply, any preferential approval or priority from the Government, and it cannot guarantee a faster Government Press publication date. The acknowledgement number is likewise issued within 24–48 hours after payment.
For all Gazette name-change applications, newspaper advertisement charges are separate and are not included in the Gazette service fee. The cost depends on your city, the selected newspaper(s), the newspaper category (local, regional or state-level), and publication requirements. The exact newspaper cost is communicated to you before proceeding.
Some applications require additional legal documents depending on the applicant's circumstances. For example, a name change after marriage without a marriage certificate may require an additional joint husband-and-wife affidavit. In such cases the cost of preparing the additional document is charged separately, and you are always informed in advance before any additional document is prepared.
Government fees and third-party charges, once paid to the authority or a third party, are outside our control. Our service fee covers the preparation and processing of your documentation, not the outcome of any government decision.
We never recommend a package or an add-on you do not need. If your situation is simple — or if a Gazette is not required at all — we tell you honestly, even where that means a smaller engagement or none.
Normal plan: your Gujarat Gazette within 60 days. Express (extraordinary Gazette): within 30 days — counted from the date full payment is received and your application number is generated. Nobody can fix the Government Press’s exact publication date, so instead of a promise we cannot keep, we give you a real remedy: if we miss the window you get a full refund of everything you paid us — and we still complete your Gazette at no further service charge. In practice most of our filed gazettes publish within about 15 days of filing; the 60/30-day windows are your written safety net. The guarantee is issued in writing with your quote.
