Exactly what you pay, what's included, and what's charged separately — disclosed before any work begins.

Harsiddhi Services believes in complete pricing transparency. There are no hidden charges, no surprise fees, and no undisclosed costs. Every applicable charge is explained to you before any work begins, and any additional cost that a special legal circumstance requires is discussed and approved with you first.
Our Standard Gazette package is all-inclusive of the standard documentation for a name change, covering: government fees, e-stamp charges, affidavit drafting, notary charges, document preparation, application filing, courier charges, and end-to-end processing support.
Our Express Gazette package includes everything in the Standard package, with priority document preparation and priority application filing. Express prioritises the stages we control; it does not, and cannot, guarantee a faster Government Press publication date.
For all Gazette name-change applications, newspaper advertisement charges are separate and are not included in the Gazette service fee. The cost depends on your city, the selected newspaper(s), the newspaper category (local, regional or state-level), and publication requirements. The exact newspaper cost is communicated to you before proceeding.
Some applications require additional legal documents depending on the applicant's circumstances. For example, a name change after marriage without a marriage certificate may require an additional joint husband-and-wife affidavit. In such cases the cost of preparing the additional document is charged separately, and you are always informed in advance before any additional document is prepared.
Government fees and third-party charges, once paid to the authority or a third party, are outside our control. Our service fee covers the preparation and processing of your documentation, not the outcome of any government decision.
We never recommend a package or an add-on you do not need. If your situation is simple — or if a Gazette is not required at all — we tell you honestly, even where that means a smaller engagement or none.
