By using this website or engaging Harsiddhi Services (operating GujaratGazette.com), you accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide documentation and facilitation assistance for Gujarat Gazette publications and identity-document corrections. This includes case assessment, affidavit drafting, notary arrangement, document preparation, application filing and newspaper advertisement assistance, as applicable. We do not make decisions on behalf of any government authority and cannot guarantee any authority's outcome.
You agree to:
Our fees are ₹3,000 (Normal Gazette) and ₹5,500 (Express Gazette), which both include exactly the same services — government fees, e-stamp, affidavit drafting, notary, document preparation, filing and courier. The only difference is processing time: Normal usually takes up to 45–60 days and Express usually up to 30 days through our expedited internal processing (not any government priority). With both, your acknowledgement number is issued within 24–48 hours after payment. Newspaper advertisement charges are separate and depend on your city and chosen newspaper. Certain special cases (for example, a marriage name change without a marriage certificate) may require an additional affidavit at extra cost. Any additional charge will be communicated to you and approved by you before that work begins.
Documentation is prepared based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing every draft. Once you approve a draft and it is submitted to the Government Press, changes may not be possible, and any correction required afterwards may attract additional charges.
Any timelines are indicative only and depend on government processing, which is beyond our control. We do not guarantee a fixed publication or completion date.
Processing may be delayed if you submit incomplete or incorrect information or documents, delay payment or draft approval, or do not respond to our queries. We are not responsible for delays arising from such causes.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Once drafting, affidavit preparation, notarisation, document preparation or government filing has commenced, the service is considered to have begun and no refund is admissible.
You must not submit forged, fabricated, altered or misleading documents, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in such cases and to take any action required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harsiddhi Services shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes, delays or rejections determined by government authorities, courier services, or other third parties, or arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
The content, design and materials on this website are the property of Harsiddhi Services unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Normal plan: your Gujarat Gazette within 60 days. Express (extraordinary Gazette): within 30 days — counted from the date full payment is received and your application number is generated. Nobody can fix the Government Press’s exact publication date, so instead of a promise we cannot keep, we give you a real remedy: if we miss the window you get a full refund of everything you paid us — and we still complete your Gazette at no further service charge. In practice most of our filed gazettes publish within about 15 days of filing; the 60/30-day windows are your written safety net. The guarantee is issued in writing with your quote.
