1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging Harsiddhi Services (operating GujaratGazette.com), you accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Service

We provide documentation and facilitation assistance for Gujarat Gazette publications and identity-document corrections. This includes case assessment, affidavit drafting, notary arrangement, document preparation, application filing and newspaper advertisement assistance, as applicable. We do not make decisions on behalf of any government authority and cannot guarantee any authority's outcome.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and genuine documents.
• Disclose the intended use of your Gazette before drafting begins.
• Disclose all name variations across your documents.
• Review and approve drafts carefully before they are finalised.
• Remain reachable on your registered mobile number and email.
• Preserve your original documents.

4. Pricing

Our standard fees are ₹3,000 (Standard Gazette) and ₹5,500 (Express Gazette), which include government fees, e-stamp, affidavit drafting, notary, document preparation, filing and courier. Newspaper advertisement charges are separate and depend on your city and chosen newspaper. Certain special cases (for example, a marriage name change without a marriage certificate) may require an additional affidavit at extra cost. Any additional charge will be communicated to you and approved by you before that work begins.

5. Draft Approval & Changes

Documentation is prepared based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing every draft. Once you approve a draft and it is submitted to the Government Press, changes may not be possible, and any correction required afterwards may attract additional charges.

6. Timelines

Any timelines are indicative only and depend on government processing, which is beyond our control. We do not guarantee a fixed publication or completion date.

7. Delays Caused by the Customer

Processing may be delayed if you submit incomplete or incorrect information or documents, delay payment or draft approval, or do not respond to our queries. We are not responsible for delays arising from such causes.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Once drafting, affidavit preparation, notarisation, document preparation or government filing has commenced, the service is considered to have begun and no refund is admissible.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not submit forged, fabricated, altered or misleading documents, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in such cases and to take any action required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harsiddhi Services shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes, delays or rejections determined by government authorities, courier services, or other third parties, or arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

11. Intellectual Property

The content, design and materials on this website are the property of Harsiddhi Services unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
