GujaratGazette.com is the name-change and documentation division of Harsiddhi Services, an independent, government-approved Common Service Centre (CSC ID: 136237240013). We provide professional documentation and facilitation assistance for Gujarat Gazette publications and identity-document corrections.
Harsiddhi Services is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government department or authority, including but not limited to the Department of Publication / Government Press, UIDAI, the Income Tax Department, Passport Seva, EPFO, education boards, or any other body. Any reference to such authorities is for informational purposes only. Official procedures, fees and requirements are determined solely by the concerned authorities and may change without notice.
Submission of an application does not guarantee publication, approval, acceptance, correction, or completion within any specific timeframe. All decisions regarding publication, verification, acceptance or rejection rest solely with the concerned government authority in accordance with its applicable rules and procedures. We do not and cannot promise any particular outcome from any authority.
Any timelines we mention are estimates only. Government processing depends on workload, verification, public holidays, technical issues and administrative procedures beyond our control. We cannot guarantee any fixed publication or completion date.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all names, spellings, dates, addresses, document numbers and other information you provide are accurate and complete. Documentation is prepared strictly on the basis of the information you supply. Any correction required due to incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may require fresh documentation and additional charges.
You must carefully review every draft before granting final approval. Once you confirm a draft for processing, changes may not be possible after submission to the Government Press. If a correction becomes necessary after approval, additional charges may apply.
You are strongly advised to inform us, before drafting begins, of the exact purpose(s) for which the Gazette will be used (for example: Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, bank records, educational certificates, EPFO, property, or any other authority). Different authorities may have document-specific requirements. For example, when updating Aadhaar, the existing (old) name in the Gazette may need to match the name currently recorded in the Aadhaar database exactly, including spelling, initials, spacing and sequence. We prepare documentation based on the intended use communicated by you, and we shall not be responsible for any delay, rejection, additional documentation or re-drafting arising from a failure to disclose the intended use or any document-specific requirement in advance.
Preparation of a Gazette does not automatically unlock or reset any Aadhaar name-update limit. Where a name-update limit has been exhausted, UIDAI considers such requests only through its exception handling process, and final approval rests solely with UIDAI. A Gazette may serve as supporting proof of identity but is not, by itself, a guarantee of approval.
We are not responsible for errors contained in documents issued by third parties, including birth certificates, marriage certificates, school certificates, passports, PAN, Aadhaar and bank records. Errors in such documents may need to be corrected before or during Gazette processing.
Courier delivery depends on the courier company. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, strikes, transport disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We review our content regularly; however, government procedures, fees, required documents and policies may change at any time. You should verify the latest requirements with us or the relevant official authority before proceeding.
Submission of forged, fabricated, altered or misleading documents is strictly prohibited. If any document is found to be false, we reserve the right to refuse service and to take any action required by law.
