Handing your documents to someone else is a real leap of faith. So we do not ask you to rely on promises. This page sets out exactly what we guarantee, what we do not, and when the guarantee applies — in plain English, and in the written quote you receive.
The promise, in one line: Normal plan — your published Gujarat Gazette delivered within 60 working days; Express — within 30 working days. If we miss the window, we refund 100% of your invoice within 24 hours — no deduction of any kind — and we still deliver your Gazette when it is published, at no further service charge. You lose nothing; we carry the risk.
Why can we sign our name to this? Because in practice, most of our applied gazettes are published within about 15 days of filing. The 60- and 30-working-day windows aren't our target — they're your written safety net.
We can't control the Government Press's exact publication date — nobody can, and anyone who claims to is not being straight with you. What we can control is our preparation, filing and follow-up. After 1,250+ assisted applications since 2017, we know how long cases genuinely take — which is why we're willing to put a deadline and a refund in writing.
Our principle is simple: we take full responsibility for everything that is in our hands, and we tell you honestly and clearly about everything that is in the Government’s hands. No inflated promises, nothing left unsaid until the invoice arrives.
Being honest means being clear about both sides.
We spell this out so your expectations are accurate from day one. That is what trust actually rests on.
To our knowledge, no other Gazette service in Gujarat gives its customers a written refund guarantee. We can, because for us the Gazette is not the end of the job — it is one step in getting your documents right, and we have taken that step 1,250+ times since 2017.
A published Gazette does not change a single document on its own. Your Aadhaar, PAN, passport, bank records and property papers each still have to be updated using it, and each department reads the Gazette by its own rules. So before anything is drafted, we sit with you, look at every document you hold and work out which correction those departments will actually accept. Only then do we start.
One example we see often: a Gazette that prints the old name in a different sequence from the name on the Aadhaar card. At the Aadhaar update the two are compared word for word, and if they do not match the Gazette is refused — the applicant has paid, waited, and is back where they started. Agents who only fill in forms do not know this, because they never deal with the update that comes afterwards. We do: we also run an Aadhaar enrolment and update centre, and we have handled the after-Gazette updates at UIDAI, the Income Tax Department and other departments for years. That is why we draft your notice to pass the check that comes next, not just the one at the Government Press.

When both your full payment is received and your application number is generated; Day 1 is the next working day. We generate the number within 48 hours of payment and complete documents, and with it we confirm in writing the exact date your window ends.
We refund 100% of your invoice to your original payment method within 24 hours of the window expiring — you don't need to ask — and your case still continues to publication with no further service charge. You do not have to choose between your money and your Gazette.
No. Working days on which the case is waiting for you — documents, draft approval, newspaper-ad approval, or a clarification we asked for — are added to the window, and we tell you in writing when each wait starts and ends. The guarantee measures our performance, not yours.
Everything paid under our invoice is refunded. Anything you paid a newspaper directly belongs to the newspaper and cannot be refunded by us — we state this upfront, in writing, before any work starts.
We cannot control the Government Press's exact publication date and we never claim to. What we control is preparation, filing and follow-up. Most of our filed gazettes publish within about 15 days of filing, so a 60-working-day window carries real margin — which is why we are willing to put a refund behind it.
The full terms are sent with your quote before you pay and are issued with your GST invoice. It is a document you hold, not a claim on a web page — and where any website wording differs, that document applies.
Only where the application fails because of inaccurate, incomplete, false or undisclosed information supplied by you — an undisclosed spelling, name-sequence or date-of-birth variation, an earlier Gazette for the same change, a forged document, a change prohibited by law, or details changed after you approved the draft. The clock also pauses for unscheduled events outside everyone's control, such as strikes, bandhs or unscheduled closures.
Tell us your situation and we will give you a straight answer — including whether your case genuinely needs a Gazette at all.
