This Privacy Policy applies to GujaratGazette.com, operated by Harsiddhi Services, a government-approved CSC based in Vadodara, Gujarat. It explains what information we collect and how we use and protect it.
We collect only the information needed to assess your case and prepare your documentation. This may include:
We use your information solely to:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes.
We share your information only as necessary to deliver the requested service — for example, with a notary or the Government Press as part of the Gazette process — or where required by law. We do not disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties for marketing.
A Gazette notification is, by its nature, an official public publication. Information that appears in the published notification (such as your old and new name) becomes part of that public record. We limit what is published to what the process requires, but we cannot make a public Gazette private.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share and restrict access to those handling your case. We retain documents and case information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legitimate business or legal requirements, after which we take reasonable steps to dispose of them securely. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed as completely secure.
Our website may use basic cookies or similar technologies to help the site function and to understand general usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal information.
You may contact us to ask what information we hold about your case, to correct it, or to request its deletion where we are not required to retain it. You may also choose not to share particular documents, though this may affect our ability to complete your service.
Where a service involves a minor, we work only with the parent or legal guardian and handle the child's information with particular care, using it solely for the requested documentation.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Please review it periodically.
Normal plan: your Gujarat Gazette within 60 days. Express (extraordinary Gazette): within 30 days — counted from the date full payment is received and your application number is generated. Nobody can fix the Government Press’s exact publication date, so instead of a promise we cannot keep, we give you a real remedy: if we miss the window you get a full refund of everything you paid us — and we still complete your Gazette at no further service charge. In practice most of our filed gazettes publish within about 15 days of filing; the 60/30-day windows are your written safety net. The guarantee is issued in writing with your quote.
