Our Gujarat Gazette service comes in two clear packages:
Both plans cover the standard documentation end to end: government fees, e-stamp charges, affidavit drafting, notary, document preparation, application filing and courier. There are no hidden charges for the standard process. The only difference between the two plans is processing time.
The two plans include exactly the same services; the only difference is processing time. Normal usually takes up to 45–60 days and Express usually up to 30 days, thanks to our expedited internal processing and submission workflow. Express does not receive any preferential approval or priority from the Government, and neither plan can speed up the Government Press's own publication timeline, which is outside our control. With both plans your acknowledgement number is issued within 24–48 hours after payment.

Add it up and DIY cash costs land somewhere between roughly ₹700 and ₹3,900 before the newspaper step, depending mainly on which government fee applies to your case — so yes, doing everything yourself is cheaper in pure cash. You will see gazette services advertised online for ₹999 or similar. We've written about this pattern before, and the arithmetic is worth seeing in one place. The headline price rarely includes the actual work — each piece comes back as an "extra" after you've paid:

Normal plan: your Gujarat Gazette within 60 days. Express (extraordinary Gazette): within 30 days — counted from the date full payment is received and your application number is generated. Nobody can fix the Government Press’s exact publication date, so instead of a promise we cannot keep, we give you a real remedy: if we miss the window you get a full refund of everything you paid us — and we still complete your Gazette at no further service charge. In practice most of our filed gazettes publish within about 15 days of filing; the 60/30-day windows are your written safety net. The guarantee is issued in writing with your quote.
