Our Gujarat Gazette service comes in two clear packages:

What's included

Both packages cover the standard documentation end to end: government fees, e-stamp charges, affidavit drafting, notary, document preparation, application filing and courier. There are no hidden charges for the standard process.

What's charged separately

• Newspaper advertisement — required for most name changes; its cost depends on your city, the newspaper and the advertisement size. We disclose the expected cost before proceeding.
• Special-case affidavits — for example, a joint husband-and-wife affidavit where you don't have a marriage certificate. Charged separately, and always with your approval first.
• Authority update fees — any charges paid directly to UIDAI, the passport office or others when you later update those records are theirs, not ours.

Standard vs Express — the difference

Express prioritises document preparation and filing on our side. Neither package can speed up the Government Press's own publication timeline, which is outside our control. Choose Express if you want your side of the process moved to the front of the queue.
