Your ABHA health ID name doesn't match your Aadhaar or insurance records? Here's exactly why it happens and how to fix it in the right order.
Your ABHA number (Ayushman Bharat Health Account, under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) is usually created using your Aadhaar, so the name on your ABHA is drawn from your Aadhaar record. A mismatch appears when your Aadhaar name differs from the name on your hospital records, insurance policy, or the name you actually use — or when your name has changed and not every record was updated.
