Investment KYC is strict about names matching PAN. A difference can freeze transactions or redemptions β here's how to resolve it.
Demat accounts and mutual fund folios are KYC-verified against your PAN, which in turn must agree with your Aadhaar. When your investment records carry a different name β often a maiden name after marriage, or a spelling difference β KYC, transactions or redemptions can be held until the records agree.

Changing your name? We publish it in the Gujarat Gazette, start to finish — ₹3,000 all-inclusive (Express ₹5,500), published within 60 working days or a 100% refund.
