Is this the final price?
The service fee is fixed and final — Normal ₹3,000 or Express ₹5,500, all-inclusive of government fees, e-stamp, affidavit drafting, notary, document preparation, filing and courier within Gujarat. Only the newspaper advertisement (and, in rare cases, an additional affidavit) is separate, and we tell you that figure before any work begins.
Why do you ask where I'll use the Gazette?
Because different authorities have different expectations. For an Aadhaar update, for instance, the existing name in the Gazette may need to match your current Aadhaar record exactly. Knowing the purpose before drafting lets us prepare it correctly the first time and avoid a re-draft.
What's the real difference between Normal and Express?
Exactly the same services — the only difference is processing time. Express is faster (within 30 working days vs 60) because of our expedited internal workflow, not any government priority. Both give an acknowledgement number within 24–48 hours of payment.
