Registered professionals — doctors, nurses, pharmacists, advocates and others — hold a council registration tied to their qualifying degree and identity documents. When the council record, the degree, and the Aadhaar/PAN don't all agree — often a married name, a spelling difference, or an initial — it can affect verification, renewals, or practice at a new employer.
