Post-Gazette Document Update Tracker

Update foundation IDs first (Aadhaar, PAN), then everything checked against them. Tick and date each as you go.

Order matters: Aadhaar and PAN are the foundation — most other records are verified against them, so update those first.

Keep proof handy: each authority updates its own record under its own process. Keep your Gazette, affidavit and newspaper page together for every application.

A Gazette does not expire — you can use the same one for future updates whenever you need them.

Prepared as a free preparation aid by GujaratGazette.com (Harsiddhi Services). This is general guidance, not legal advice; your exact requirements are confirmed after we review your documents. We are independent and not affiliated with any government department.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to update everything at once?
No. Update what you need, when you need it. Because a Gazette doesn't expire, the same one works for future updates too.
Why update Aadhaar and PAN first?
Many records — bank, EPFO, investments — are verified against them. Updating those first means everything else lines up instead of failing repeatedly.
Does the Gazette update these for me?
No. It's your proof of the change; you apply to each authority separately. This tracker helps you keep score.

🛡️ Our Written On-Time Guarantee

Normal plan: your Gujarat Gazette within 60 days. Express (extraordinary Gazette): within 30 days — counted from the date full payment is received and your application number is generated. Nobody can fix the Government Press’s exact publication date, so instead of a promise we cannot keep, we give you a real remedy: if we miss the window you get a full refund of everything you paid us — and we still complete your Gazette at no further service charge. In practice most of our filed gazettes publish within about 15 days of filing; the 60/30-day windows are your written safety net. The guarantee is issued in writing with your quote.
