After your Gazette is published, the order in which you update your records matters β because several documents are used to verify others. Update them randomly and you simply move a mismatch around. This planner suggests a sensible sequence for your specific set of records.
You indicate which records carry your name and which one matters most to you. The tool proposes an order β typically Aadhaar, then PAN, then passport, then bank and the rest β adjusted around your priority document, such as a passport needed before travel.
Use it the moment your Gazette is published, before you start submitting update requests, so the whole chain ends consistent rather than dragging on for months.
Normal plan: your Gujarat Gazette within 60 days. Express (extraordinary Gazette): within 30 days β counted from the date full payment is received and your application number is generated.
