Applying before you are ready is how cases stall. This short quiz checks whether you have the essentials in place — a decided final name, the right documents, and a clear purpose — so you begin from a strong position rather than a half-ready one.
It asks a handful of practical questions: have you settled the exact spelling of your new name, do you have your core documents, do you know where the name will be used. Your answers show whether you are ready to proceed or what to sort out first.

Normal plan: your Gujarat Gazette within 60 days. Express (extraordinary Gazette): within 30 days — counted from the date full payment is received and your application number is generated. Nobody can fix the Government Press’s exact publication date, so instead of a promise we cannot keep, we give you a real remedy: if we miss the window you get a full refund of everything you paid us — and we still complete your Gazette at no further service charge.
