From First Payment to Three Copies at Your Door

A transparent, 13-step process — the same on both Normal and Express plans. Here is exactly what happens, and when.

Step by Step

Exactly What Happens After You Say "Go"

No guesswork, no vague promises. From the moment you decide to proceed, your case follows a clear, transparent sequence. Both our plans — Normal (₹3,000, usually up to 45–60 days) and Express (₹5,500, usually up to 30 days) — include exactly the same services and the same steps below. The only difference between them is processing time; Express is faster because of our expedited internal workflow, not any government priority.

GST invoice issued

You receive a proper GST invoice for your service — your paper trail from the very first step.

Security payment (₹1,000)

A part-payment of ₹1,000 confirms your case and lets us begin drafting. The balance is collected later, before submission.

Draft prepared

We prepare your affidavit and Gazette draft based on the information and the intended use you share with us.

You approve the draft

Nothing moves forward until you review and approve every detail — spelling, sequence of names and the wording for your intended authority.

E-stamp & notary

The affidavit is executed on an e-stamp of the correct value and notarised.

Scanned affidavit shared

You receive a scanned copy of the executed affidavit for your records.

Document preparation

The complete application set is assembled and checked against the requirements of the office where you will use the Gazette.

Final balance collected

The remaining balance is collected transparently before submission — no hidden charges.

Application submitted

Your application is filed with the Government Press.

Acknowledgement in 24–48 hours

You receive your Gazette application acknowledgement number within 24–48 hours of payment, for both Normal and Express.

Publication monitored

We monitor for publication twice daily, Monday to Saturday, so you are not left checking yourself.

Digital Gazette PDF

Once published, we share your digital e-Gazette PDF.

Courier — 3 copies

You receive three physical copies by courier: one premium 250 GSM copy and two True Copy stamped copies.

Timelines are indicative. Publication and acceptance rest with the Government Press and the authority where you use your Gazette; we never guarantee a fixed date.

Before You Start — One Thing That Saves You Time

Tell us where the Gazette will be used

Different authorities have different documentation expectations. For example, for an Aadhaar update the existing name in the Gazette may need to match your current Aadhaar record exactly. Telling us the intended use before drafting lets us prepare it correctly the first time and avoid a re-draft.
